Prompt: Crossover/fusion - The Passage (Justin Cronin). There are so many possibilities. Maybe the viral apocalypse was what Lucifer came up with instead of the Croatoan virus. Maybe, since the first virals were Death Row prisoners, the FBI finally caught up with Sam and Dean and one of them ended up in Project Noah. What about the Winchesters as members of First Colony or the Texas Expeditionaries? (prompted by briarwood)
