Hello, SPN fandom! Now that spnspringfling has wrapped up (thanks again, oddishly and glovered!), we have the next seasonal event to eyeball.

spn_summergen!

Last year's wonderful co-mods, septembers_coda and brightly_lit are bowing out, which leaves me driving this runaway train. It's a big job, full of busywork and sometimes frustrating, but I love coaxing out gen fic and such fantastic writing comes from Summergen.

Are we still interested in having a Summergen, or are we over-saturated with events right now? What might make it easier? More streamlined? Better, in general?

I wish I could do it alone, but I'm not that mighty. If we all decide Summergen is "Go!" again this year, anyone who feels they have the time and energy and tenacity to help, please drop me a line at supernaturalsummergen@gmail.com. Keeping a consistent eye on the event and open communication with your fellow mods is reeeeeally important.
