Looking for pinch-hitters

Hi, everyone

First an update - we are on track to begin posting as scheduled next Monday. There are a lot of fics in already, and a lot we're still waiting for. But that's normal for Summergen and I'm confident we'll stay on track. I'm also really excited about some of the stories we've got for you this summer. There are some real treats waiting, I promise!

But we also have two defaults and there might be more to come. It happens, and often for good real life reasons. I don't think anyone drops out of Summergen casually. But it means we need some pinch hitters who are willing to take over those prompts. They'll have pretty tight deadlines - maybe 3 weeks to produce a fic of 1,000 words or more.

Pinch hitters are my heroes and I couldn't make Summergen the success it is without them! (Is that enough boot-licking? It's all true. I can't write a fic that fast; I'm in awe and so grateful for those who can.) Anyhow, I or another of the mods will be posting our first pinch-hit requests tomorrow. But we don't do that here. We have a sister community spn_genpinchhit which is where we post these requests. All requests are locked members-only so you have to JOIN the community, not just watch it, if you are interested in being a pinch-hitter.
