Author's Notes: Written for spn_summergen. Prompt: The way John taught Sam and Dean to swim was by throwing them into the lake and waiting for them to start swimming, with Dean it worked, with Sam not so much.
Summary: Hunting a witch leads Dean and Sam back to their hometown. Memories lingering at the back of their heads flicker into life. They remember a whole series of things, remember how far they are from each other despite their daily physical nearness.
